The police were investigating the burglary of the studio of an abstract artist. "So you got a look at the guy as he was leaving?" one police officer asked.

"That's right," the artist said.

"Can you describe him?"

"I'll do better than that," the artist said. "I'll draw you a picture of him."

Using the artist's picture, the police went out and arrested a BMW convertible and two fire hydrants.
